After our initial chat, you can either select one of our pre-designed plans or choose to have a custom concept created just for your site and lifestyle. If you’d like a custom design, we’ll take a design deposit to begin your concept drawings - credited toward your build when you move ahead.

Once we understand your brief, we’ll develop your concept design and provide clear, detailed pricing - no surprises or hidden extras.

When the concept is approved, we’ll prepare full working drawings and manage the council consent process for you. Our local knowledge keeps things smooth and straightforward.

This is where it all comes to life. Our experienced team of local builders and trusted trades take care of every detail, keeping you updated as your home takes shape.

Once your home is complete, we’ll walk you through everything, hand over the keys, and make sure you’re completely happy. From there - it’s all yours to enjoy.
